History:

Second Chance was formed back in 1981 or so, shortly after most of the members graduated college. We were all working at various jobs
(accountant, management consultant, attorney, 2 physicians, and a hairdresser (straight)) so we really didn't make the jump to trying it
full-time, which was kind of a shame because we really had a few album's full of decent original songs. The band featured tight and very
natural three-part harmonies (Jeff Trotter, Marty Glochowsky, Bill Hall) -- very natural, because none of us really could read music. We played
cover songs too ranging from Talking Heads to Dire Straits to the Beatles and the Eagles. Nothing really heavy at all, but nothing too
bubble-gum either... Other members included Tim Berry, Glenn Miller, and David Applebaum.

The band lasted for 15 years or so and played a variety of venues, including Chicagofest, a big event in the old Soldier Field in Chicago. We
played at local bars and a number of private events, including an occasional wedding (of which the most bizarre was an Amish-Irish wedding,
at which we played some Yiddish tunes that everyone really enjoyed).

Today, Jeff Trotter (vocals, guitar) and David Applebaum (bass guitar) live in Highland Park, IL. Marty Glochowsky (vocals, lead guitar,
keyboards) is a doctor in Chicago. Tim Berry (drums) works as a Finance Director and lives in Hoffman Estates, IL. Glenn Miller (keyboards) is
a psychiatrist in Santa Barbra, CA. Bill (William ) Hall (vocals, guitar) lives and writes songs in Taos, NM.

Various band members get together every now and then to reminisce and think about what could have been.
Songs:
All I need
Hard to say goodbye
Just you and me
Love in the morning
Rockabye baby
Stay all night
Still wish you were mine
I've been thinking about you
Time now for memories
