Superguys

What's the trend in Superhero movies today? Humanity. Studios are trying desperately hard to
get their audience to relate to these caped crusaders.  They're doing this by giving them
"realistic" emotions and if you look at the current trend of DC Comic titles (Superman Returns,
Batman Begins), you'll see that Superheros are not regular Joes with super powers, but they are
regular Joes with super powers that do stuff, stuff that people do like return and begin things
because there just isn't enough depth apparently in the decades of story to allow the hero to go
about his or her everyday business, no they have to do what people do.  What's the major
problem with that? Superheros are not people, they are super people, they don't exactly live the
everyday lives of normal people, that's because they have abilities that make them, now stay with
me here, different from normal people. If those writers want to make these superheros so human
like, then they ought to have them having real human conversations and deal with real human
issues, like awkwardness, sexual issues tied to their powers (I mean come on, how the hell is it
that Superman, doesn't rip Lois Lane in half when he fucks her?), and am I crazy or is it not 100%
normal to wear Halloween costumes all of the time.  If I saw a man in a bat costume, jumping
around on roof tops and trying to scare people,  the first thing that would go through my head is
"This man is a moron" not "He knows what he's doing".

Bottom line is, if Movie Studios want to make their heroes more human, then have them deal with
real human issues. But seeing as if they aren't exactly human such might be impossible.
