| 05/24/06 Bob Super Anticipation Surprise The rockets of life constantly hurl us into the unknown spacial abyss of destiny. Something in our existence drives us forward into possibilities of dreams and desires. It is a never ending freight train of anticipation that leads us to our unknown destinies that we seem to celebrate with such blind enthusiasm. All watching, all waiting, all dying for that moment of Toshibabo! But for some, Toshibabo will never come. It is my intention to argue that Toshibabo is equal to the Super Anticipation that precedes the surprise. Tashibabo, by its very nature is a concept possessing qualities of elusiveness. One cannot define destiny and when one has reached it, or along those lines, one's potential. With Toshibabo existing on such a indefinable plain no value can righteously be assigned. In devaluing Toshibabo, the same detraction can be applied to the process of Super Anticipation; the battle for Toshibabo. But it could be said that the Super Anticipation is what defines our lives. If Toshibabo is the illusory finality, then the Super Anticipation is the defining factor. It is not the Surprise of the bowling ball exploding in Toshibabo, but that Super Anticipation as it falls from oblivion that exemplifies our thirst, and it is our thirst that defines us, not the cup of water that quenches it. ~Bob |
