People help people all of the time, usually just to get money or self benefit. Insulting others is actually more beneficial help as it is more realistic than an action derived from capitalistic goals. What can be more sincere than an insult? Consider the genuineness of an insult. In slandering another there is no intention to gain anything beyond satisfaction. Take a look at this unscientific and completely biased graph I just whipped up in the last minute: As you can see at the action of an insult, happiness levels reach a overall peak in the slanderer (blue) compared to the minimal loss exacted by the victim (pink). The happiness level in an actual act of helping (green) barely changes at all and certainly comes nowhere near the happiness reached in the pinnacle of the slanderer. From this completely scientific and unbiased evidence, it can be clearly derived that insults are an action leading to highest overall happiness, as it is not hindered in anyway by alterer motives and best of all with no repercussions. In light of a case in which one might help another without underlying goals, this data has the slight possibility of becoming obsolete. But considering the unlikeliness of someone actually caring about someone else, ha, ha, ha... I'm sure satisfaction levels would reach no where near the happiness caused by the onslaught of negativity. Conclusion: Insult everyone all of the time. If everyone does this, happiness levels will reach an all time high. You're actually doing someone a favor by insulting them as such might lead to revenge, which leads to more happiness!! ~Ant |
